Our Behaviorists provide specialized behavioral support services to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. They conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and work closely with individuals, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to address challenging behaviors using positive, person-centered approaches. Behaviorists monitor progress through data analysis, provide ongoing consultation and staff training, participate in team meetings, and ensure support strategies promote safety, independence, community inclusion, and an enhanced quality of life.

Our Nurse Trainers provide healthcare coordination, clinical oversight, and medication administration training to ensure the health and safety of the individuals we serve. They train, certify, and support caregivers and staff in accordance with New Hampshire regulations, oversee medication management practices, conduct quality assurance reviews, and monitor healthcare compliance. Nurse Trainers collaborate with Program Managers, families, healthcare providers, and caregivers to coordinate medical care, attend key appointments when needed, support transitions into services, and promote the overall wellness and healthcare needs of each individual.

Our Program Managers oversee residential and day services for individuals receiving supports through Siddharth Services. They coordinate person-centered services, monitor progress toward individual goals, conduct home and program visits, maintain compliance with state regulations, and serve as the primary liaison between individuals, families, caregivers, community providers, and agency staff. Program Managers also support medical and behavioral needs, facilitate team meetings, ensure required documentation is completed accurately, provide guidance to caregivers, and advocate for the overall health, safety, and well-being of the individuals they support.

A home care provider is a live-in roommate for an Adult with Intellectual Disability who struggles with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. The home care provider is required to assume the responsibilities for the care of the home (i.e. lease, utilities, shopping, etc.) with the ongoing assistance of Siddharth Services, Inc. Per contract; a home care provider is paid a monthly stipend that covers operating expenses of home, the expenses associated with caring for the individual; and for services rendered according to difficulty of care. In addition to the application, selected EFC Providers must accept all contract terms.

The Direct Support Professional is an hourly employee who works under the immediate supervision of an assigned Program Manager, often, in conjunction with a home care provider and in accordance with Siddharth Services Personnel Policies and State guidelines. Shifts and schedules vary according to the program need, and travel/transfer between program sites and community is required.

The respite staff subcontracts with the home care provider to provide respite services, time off (e.g. weekends, holidays, and/or leave) for the home care provider. While there are general guidelines for acceptable remuneration, the home care provider and respite staff contract with one another for agreed upon services.
