Our Behaviorists provide specialized behavioral support services to individuals with developmental and behavioral challenges. They conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized behavior support plans, and work closely with individuals, families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to address challenging behaviors using positive, person-centered approaches. Behaviorists monitor progress through data analysis, provide ongoing consultation and staff training, participate in team meetings, and ensure support strategies promote safety, independence, community inclusion, and an enhanced quality of life
